I've been implementing a lot more time under tension into my workouts, mostly in the form of slower negatives, and it's already made a profound difference for hypertrophy

That's exactly what I'm doing. Slow negative count of 5 with 3 on the front.

Ive always been a slow controlled rep guy. But now i will make sure my total counts are in that 40 to 50 sec range. Thank you. Keep it coming, im a sponge!
