So I'm on this new routine courtesy my torn bicep (curling 50's now) and it's one that when you leave the gym you know you need to replenish and rest. Every day I train it's the same thing... starving right after, drink protein drink. Nap and then wake up and eat 8 scrambled eggs with some Siracha and white rice. The exhaustion is actually a great thing, an inconvenience, but great thing as it indicates I'm training my ass off. I'm getting fucking huge as well, feeling good and intent on refining my shape. Lower abs are veiny, more detail in abs as well despite I do no direct ab work. I look pretty decent for an old fart... #killinshitdaily
I do have one fucking complaint however... I need the black guy with muscle imbalance in his shoulders (they roll forward) and the boobs to stay the fuck away from me... I think he's of the opinion he has a physique. Lol, so am I...only difference is he looks like complete shit and I look like partial shit lol.
