Just a quick update on things. Been busy af with the ol' lady outta town this past weekend. Love her, but gotta admit I got to relax so much and get a taste of doing as I pleased 24/7. Almost went to my head lol. Anyhow, strength is up as I am on a huge heavy volume routine. Yesterday for example I did 7 sets flat bench, 6 sets of incline bench all at two weights 225 warm up and 315 for everything else. Did tricep extensions stack plus 100lbs, reverse grip pull downs- stacked. Then did a bunch of other shit. It was fucking great. I normally take the weekends off, but trained Saturday and Sunday as well taking Monday off instead.

So far maintaining same dosage. Weight is down by 2.5 pounds at same intake. Definitely more vascular in legs, calves and arms. Strength is up slightly. Haven't really pushed any big big weight. Now normally doing several sets of what most consider heavy and I consider challenging after 4-5 sets. Can still go into the 400's on bench easily for a few reps.

Nothing like a touch of Tren Ace the night prior to a bad ass workout fellas. Be sure to hit Titan up, his Tren is just as beautiful as the packaging of his products believe that. What shocks the fuck outta me is his pricing as well. Definitely on the low end of the middle of the ball park considering the man is an ace in the hole for strong quality gear.

The prices are what originally had me sceptical. I remember placing my first order on a test bogo and looking at my wife and saying I might have just thrown $175 away. Happy to say I was wrong and now he's my go-to source.

His gear is definitely good to go. I'm glad I have the chance to experience it first hand for you guys to observe. When I first saw his prices it raised my eyes as well, but not in query.
I've spoken with him on a few levels and he's a good dude (all Devil Dogs are usually... except for those Blue Falcons lol). Wise man and a solid source that delivers the MCT carrier you all love. So ask yourself one thing... why are you fucking with unleaded when VP Race Fuel is available at the same if not better price? Unless that body is a Yugo instead of a Ferrari.

So to combat sleep depravation I'm vaping THC oil which suits me well. Sleeping like a sweaty baby. Did 2nd part of chest today, forearms, shoulders, calves and hammy's. Knees were base lining so I didn't try the 350 extensions yet. Today was a great yoga pants Wednesday. 5 killer pants roaming the gym. Sometimes I can't tell if these women follow me by coincidence, or if they work out beside me because I hardly pay anyone attention and never bother them. I think I might be the big safe guy to make weirdos wonder if we're together. Was doing forearms and observed the coolest cannon balls sitting atop my delts accentuating my traps... #somebodyCALL911 cuz there was a emergency muscle sighting bro's!! Getting forearm zits again wtf... anyways, killing it like a mofo and some guys asked me if I was cutting for a comp. I just laughed. Abs are looking PFN. Pretty F***ing Nice also.

Tell me about it lol. Opted for two superdrols and a viagra today... Raven for post so I can feel the day instead of wade thru it. Today is pin day thank goodness.
