Just get your bloodwork done through privatemdlabs dude. Its like $56, you can go in as early as tomorrow, and it'll give you insight on how your levels are looking. Thats the best way to dial things in. Don't screw around with guessing.

Yes for the first two weeks then 20mg Nolva per day and 25mg Clomid after that. The whole protocol should look like this

I didnt go crazy on cycle but it deffinitly helped push me and i gained five pounds , but like said i didnt go crazy . The gear was pain free ,im looking forward to the next cycle .the test sure does change your mental state ...for the better . I feel better and every set i feel refreashed and not drained or war out

Aromasin all the way through PCT till the very end and start PCT 2 weeks after your last pin if you're on long esters.

Keep the Aromasin going all the way until pct is complete. No break between last pin and pct. you want to prevent estrogen rebound
