Dylan,
Let me start off by thanking you. The explanations that you give are incredibly in depth but still easy enough for knuckle draggers like me to understand.

I may have screwed up and need your opinion to see if I should start looking for a new job. I'm not sure how broad scale steroid testing works but here is the situation.

I work for a company that for just about everything by urine sample. Before I went on vacation I took a 300mg shot of cypionate. I had been on it for about 2 months. I went on vacation for 35 days thinking that it would be out of my system by then. I got tested when I came back. Now the more I read up on cypionate it says it stays detectable for 3 months!! Also, the more i'm learning about half lifes of things surprised me. Turns out I had that interpretation wrong as well. The company tests broadly for steroids because there are so many out there. so i'm not sure if they can really look for each individual metabolite or if they just look at test levels. I dont know how broad testing works. Do you think my test levels would be normal after the 35 days of vacation?

Basically, how fucked am I and should I start looking for a new job?

Majority of jobs do not test for steroids bud. Are you 100% sure your company does? Most employers just do standard panel tests (urine) in which case you should have zero worry.

Yes it is unlikely that your employer is testing for Anabolics.

hey bro.. it has to be some sort of highly significant job for steroid testing to be involved.. are you absolutely sure they are testing you?? you may want to take a look at this... its an at home tester... https://www.amazon.com/SteroidConfirm-Steroid-Abuse-Urine-Steroids/dp/B000V2TTR2

when you have something you can test with at home you should absolutely utilize that to be sure of things...

were you dosing 300 mg per week or more?

It's highly unlikely you are being tested for anabolics unless you work for a sporting or athletic organization. 99% of employers test only for drugs like amphatemimes, alcohol, barbiturates, opiates, etc...

Even if they tested you, after a month your test levels would be far below normal, unless they are specifically doing a detection test for metabolites

Alright guys to clear things up. I am 100% sure that my company test everyone, twice a year, for steroids. They do it through these guys. https://www.redwoodtoxicology.com I already know one guy that was sent home who was on prescribed TRT. He was fired because he was abusing it and his levels came back too high. Yes it is a high level job where mood and temperate do matter to the client so thats why they insist on testing. Now....am I screwed? How long does it take for your T levels to fall back to a normal 6/1 ratio????? I had been off cycle for one month before the test.

Yes I ran a quick heavy cycle to bulk right before going on vacation for 35 days. 300mg of Cypionate stack with 300mg of propionate a week. Kept that up for a lil over a month. Then 35 days off, then the test came

ya don't sweat it but it would be good info to have if you update us, cyp should clear by then unless you were on something else. I seriously doubt after 35 days it would still be elevated

Being that long off your test levels should be fine for the test. That's more than plenty of time to clear and its actually possible you'll even show low because of being shutdown

Hmm surprised you're not feeling like shit. Not good to shut yourself down and not have a pct lined up. On this subject though I highly doubt you have to worry as your t levels will be very very low by now and short eaters will be out pretty quick as well

All your guys wisdom has made my panic factor go down a bit, I thank you all for taking the time for leaving your feedback. Now its just the waiting game. It's been 2 weeks so far. If I still have a job in another 3 weeks....I'll stop sweating it. 5 weeks was about the timeline that the dude that was abusing his TRT took to got fired. Thanks guys
