yes bro, listen, at 18% body fat, your overweight for steroid use and not in the proper condition... not only that, but you have been misguided which we have already pointed out... this is fixable but in no way should you continue as you are... how long have you been on this?

I just started 3 days ago with a first dose of 200mg. That's all I have done so far. BTW this is the first dose of my life ...
 
Ya brother, you really need to get that bodyfat down and shouldn't be using steroids right now. If I remember right you just started your cycle and are only one pin in. If so, I would drop it and work on getting your bodyfat down, along with gathering more info for a successful cycle in the future. You could run a nice sarms stack in the meantime to help recomp and get your bodyfat down. I can also help you set that cycle up for you

Rick you are correct. I am only one pin in and I have just started. I understand to get bodyfat down. I was given primobolan, can this be used for me to help burn fat? Or should I just try finding sarms?
 
The bottle says "Sustanon" 325mg/mL , 10ML sterilr vial. Other info is on the bottle.

My first intention was to use 200mg for first time (which I did), then split the remaining in another 3 doses. 2nd time 250mg, 3rd time 250mg, 4th 275mg. Since it's my first time, I might want to dose it every other week. My original intent was to cycle it for 2 months, then stop for 1 month.

The trainer also gave me Primobolan Enanthate 100mg/mL (10ML vial). I won't use Primo yet. Both vials are the same size, I have the impression that those are 3ml vials. I can always send a picture privately. Not sure if we are allow to post pics in here.

For my PCT, beside squeezing my balls until they start working again... I was planning getting Pregnyl HCG and Arimidex for my PCT. I found this info on the net, but not sure how accurate is it.

My diet has always been very good. No junk foods, no alcohol, nor tobacco. I eat lots of organic fruit, vegetables, and white meat. I have always been training since young age in different sports. I am convinced that AAS will really benefits me. My intention is to gain strength and speed, since I have always been into martial arts, thus I don't want to bulk up too much and loose agility.

Oh boy. Please do some research on PCT. PCT is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of your cycle. Without a proper PCT all your gains will be for nothing as you will surely lose all of it.

HCG is NOT for PCT. I'm sure some guys are furiously pecking at their keyboards at this very moment.

PCT should include Nolvadex and Clomid at the bare minimum. Sarms are good to mix in there too.
 
I'm getting ready to start first cycle with Test E @ 500mg/wk and 12.5 of Aromisin EOD. PCT 2 weeks after cycle. Pretty much a standard beginner cycle. Good luck with your cycle bro.

If I were you, stop your cycle now and do a lot more research.

Get on a Sarms stack while you are lowering your bodyfat and gathering knowledge. Sarms are fucking awesome. Pretty much all the results from AAS, but hardly any side effects.

I understand your point. It's hard to find good guidance on this topic. I guess I was lucky enough to find this community that can advice properly.

It's so good that you are here asking these questions. Dylan, Rick, Drb, NY, Hurricane, and all the other guys are a plethora of knowledge and advice.
 
ErTetris, you are in the right place bro and keep asking questions and not only will you get the results you are looking for but you will do it in the safest fashion and have the best experience achieving them. There are alot of people here that have a whole myriad of experiences. Think of it like this, alot of us learned the hard way so you dont have to..
 
So primo n is not the right choice either bud. Test is fine but again get the bf down like everyone said I didn't see the bf before I posted my other posts.

Now truth is the only thing that will burn fat for you is your diet and your training. Everything else is an enhancment. No steroid or sarms will do it all for you.

If your diet is good then your bf should not be that high. Exactly what kind of macros are you achieving daily. If your not familiar with that term Google it and look into macronutrients. And the approach of counting macros

Let's see what your diet truly looks like. Track it on my fitness pal. And let's track a week maybe two.

Training we can approach after. Diet is key here. Then we can see what can be added in after that.

Sarms are a good starting point but then again test is too man. Problem is your just skipping ahead a couple steps of what most people will do.

You really can not start a cycle without having 110% certainty on what your pct is and the correct way to use it. You should also have all that on hand ready to go incase of emergancy. Don't wait...

Now primo... I see no use for what you have here right now. don't even take it into consideration right now. Save it or sell it for a better cycle down the road.
