Is there any benefits to running a test only cycle (200-300mg a week during a cut (20 weeks) to retain as much muscle as possible and get more hardening, dry of the muscle,
I don't see a point in running less than 300. You're not using anything here so test is all you have. Yes it can help tremendously with your diet in check. What else do you have planned? AI? Pct?
I just ran 10 weeks of 250 mgs to cut. I didn't get the results I was hoping for bit yes it'll work to an extent..focus on your diet n cardio, that'll be most important
i wouldnt say its going to do any craziness on muscle hardening and dry... of course it helps but its not like its going to be so profound in that regard either...

Thats what I'm thinking plus i feel more comfortable running SARMS than more hard stuff at this point at least until i learn more about it, both using and getting them
