Sustanon 250 is a good proven blend of test esters. I don't know anything about this other test blend you speak of, but I generally don't like anything over 300mg when it comes to test.

What exactly is in the test blend and how much of each?

That depends wtf test blend is. It's not like a blend everyone knows about. That's a custom blend so you need to tell us what it consists of. In any case I don't see the point of any blend in most cases but there's no reason one blend would be better than sust. Sust covers any situation where you might want more than one ester

It's just another option... One is not necessary better than the other. Whatever suits your needs.

Anything over 300 most likely isn't dosed at over 300 or would cause some unnecessary PIP.
