Hi Dylan,
I have been following your work for some time now. I am trying to recover from a grade two tear in the left supraspinatus tendon, right bicep tendonosis at the shoulder and a left tricep tendonosis. A long list of injuries that have been plaguing me for almost three years.
I have used bpc 157 on the left shoulder with some success. It has improved significantly but hasn't healed completely. And the other injuries are unimproved.
Now, that's the scenario. I want to get back to powerlifting as quickly as possible. What should I be taking for the injuries to heal?
