Get both of this prescribed wondering what's best approach for running these on a cycle?

OP, you need to give more info than this. How old are you? BF%? Weight? Height? What is the proposed cycle?

I can tell you this much, from just reading your post you need to do ALOT more research. You got prescribed Nolva and Arimidex?

Anastrolzol 1mg tabs m w f
Tomaxifin bottle says 20mg tabs one daily but idk if this is correct ( got prescribed this when told doc I felt I was having a gyno flair up so he gave me these to go along with anastrolzole was maybe thinking takin 10mg daily just posted this to get a feel of what everyone thinks

Hmmm if you're having gyno flare ups the last thing I would want to do is incorporate Deca and Test into the mix.

Is this puberty related or AAS gyno?

I haven't takin the nolvadex yet but I see what ur saying with libido issues good call

you cannot use nolvadex with deca whatsoever... do you have caber or prami?? if your running this without prolactin protection, be prepared to be a wreck and trust me, the type of wreck you are going to severely regret, well, if you are all about being a man and performing with women... if not, well, then you'll still be a mess from the prolactin increase which will also throw off estrogen levels... why are you running this type of cycle without knowing what your doing??? how many cycles have you ran in the past???

10-15% is a large range difference bro. which is it?? if youre 10 that's good, but if youre 15 that's too much bodyfat honestly.

nolvadex is not to be taken with DECA. you need Caber with DECA and aromasin with TEST. aromasin is better then arimidex by far.

how and why did you get those two prescribed??
