Let me introduce my self , Im from Scotland UK and im 24 years old. First I want to thank you for your helpful videos on youtube giving advice on people like me.
I've been training for more than 2 years solid now im 5'7 currently bulking up, im sitting at 75-76kg right now. my diet is good and last year I started cutting I was originally 80kg fat and then lost a lot of fats after a good diet back to 68kg when abs started to appears this is clean diet pure chicken breast and broccoli for 3 months straight. It was a good result.
But I never get satisfied with just abs so I want a bigger arms so from January I started eating 70% healthy 30% dirty this helps a lot to bulk up, now im currently sitting at 75-76kg.
So I've been looking at taking Anavar for the first cycle and started reading about this,
I was gonna ask you an advice like;
-Im thinking to take 50mg a day tablet for 6 weeks (for my first cycle I only want to add small power to my training to push me to the edge a little at least 20-30% more)
- Should I take it everyday nonstop for six weeks - meaning 7 days a week?
- the vitamins your talking about in your video, you've mentioned that do not just take milk thistle, can you confirm the all in one tablet (vitamins) you've mentioned, and how often or when should I take it? After the cycle? Is this all I need for PCT?
- and what is the best PCT for anavar?
