Wondering what dose some of you have used Tadalafil Citrate pre-work out? Just looking to use it for the pump, no ED issues.

5mg per day works fine for that, although you can take it at any time of day for that effect.

I take 20mg eod... It also helps relax your prostate when you're all jacked up on gear. I'm not fond of splitting pills that aren't scored because they are not made to be split.

This is how I dose it as well, but initially I started at a lower dose since some people do report issues with headaches and such.

The headaches will go away after a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the info! Anyone have a domestic source for tab form? I can get the liquid, but don't want to mess with droppers each day. Thought about asking my doctor, but not sure using it for a pump is a good reason, lol.

It does more than give me a pump. I notice significant strength increase and endurance levels.

Right, the pump was my main goal. I read it can reduce inflammation, too. Which would also be a great benefit.

I just started Taking it myself and I am loving it I take 5mg a day but on rest days I don’t take any and every now and then I take 10mg which is an amazing pump. The added bedroom effect is nothing to be mad at Either lol

It reduces blood pressure, helpful if you run orals.

I went to my doctor and basically asked for it. When he asked why I said it can help increase blood flow throughout the body and reduce inflammation (which he was already aware of). He said we can try it as long as there are no bad sides. I will pick it up tonight. Kind of surprised that worked.
