T-Bol for 32 yo 1st timer?

Hello everyone.

Looking to get on 50mg of Turinabol for 6 weeks + cycle support for some mild gains. Never done a cycle of any type. Current stats are 167lb / 32yo / 5'9' / 10% BF. Have been training since 19 y/o. Been taking 50mg DHEA and for the past 2 months as well as some krill oil, nothing else. Not trying to gain a ton of weight. My goal is to get to 175lb, lower my body fat a few % as well as gain some strength. I would also like to be able to maintain these gains. What do you guys think? Also, what type of PCT would be optimal?

Perhaps there is a better way to get where I want to get? I know that many people would likely recommend to go with 250mg or so of Test E, however I've seen others recommend T-Bol as a good starting point when mild mass gain + strength is the target. Plus, I liked what Dylan as well as others had to say about T-Bol.

Hey bro, people aren’t going to do your home work for you. You have to research it yourself and then ask questions.
No offense bro but It’s obvious you have not done that yet.
Running an oral only cycle would be a big mistake and especially for your first cycle. Please watch Dylan’s videos as they are full of great knowledge and wisdom.
Anybody who told you to run a Tbol only cycle needs to be punched in the face for giving you that bro science bullshit advice.
 
just so you know... noone with even a fraction of a brain is going to recommend you something so ignorant as to run an oral only cycle without test... so i would scrap that plan real fast brother

I would not recommend running any oral steroid without testosterone, and your first cycle should be test only
