Switching esters

I'm trying not to over think this but how do you switch from Test Cyp to Prop?

I pin Cyp twice a week and when I go to Prop it'll be eod... I understand that... That's easy...

Should I wait a few days after last Cyp pin before I start Prop or should I just roll right into it on the next pin day with Prop and start the new regimen from twice a week to eod?

Switching from long ester to short is easy brother. Test is test so your good to just finish your last pin of cyp and then on the next scheduled pin, begin prop eod.

Thanks brother...

^Yep, just start the prop anytime before 8 days (cyp half life) after your last test shot if the goal is to maintain the most consistent blood levels. I would recommend a bit sooner, but technically its no major difference

Don't over think it. You'l peak your test initially probably but the switch is pretty easy. Just do it how everyone else mentioned pretty much.

Now if you were switching from prop to cyp that would be different
I understand Cyp takes longer to kick in and Prop has a significantly shorter half life so how would you do this particular transition?

You'd have to start pinning cyp while you'll still pinning prop to let the longer ester build up. You just can't go and drop prop and start pinning cyp. It's all a play on the half life.

Ok... For how long?

Ideally you would want to let the longer ester build up so if you were running prop and wanted to transistion to cyp, you'd have to run them side by side for 2-3 weeks and then drop prop. Some guys like to run prop side by side in the beginning as a "kick" or transistion from a long ester to prop so they don't have to wait as long for pct. No real benefit in my eyes going from prop to e or c mid cycle though.

I definitely wouldn't overthink the peak levels of each Ester. Just stick to the pinning schedule as intended and let your body do the rest for the adjustment. Any changes in concentrations in your bloodstream will be insignificant

This is true. Any change would be insignificant. The 2-3 week side by side is just another method. Either way you're body will adjust.

If i were to ever switch from test prop to test cyp, i would continue to run the prop anywhere between 2-3 weeks, while introducing the cyp to let it build some if possible. Personally, I have never made this type of test esther transition before so i have no experience actually running this as such and its results

i agree with that philosophy as well...

How do you go from prop to sust?

You would continue to pin EOD, just switching compounds from prop to sus. Sustanon should be pinned EOD if your goal is to keep all esther chains as level in the blood as possible due to it containing prop , now does this make much difference with sustanons end results is debatable
