Me buddy im on my first cycle just like you running sustanon @500mg a week im on week 4 and prolly have put on 5 maybe 6 lbs we are all different and react different I think you should up the cals and get some blood work then check back in with us I think 5 lbs is a good start

That's good bro keep going I think my gear is just rly underdosed I'm starting to feel smthng at 750 mg, doing blood work in a few days and gna eat 3000 from tmrw should be gd cuz I'm running 15 weeks so got plenty of time. haha mr jay cutler I didn't gain becuase my gear didn't kick in properly. Obviously u can't gain muscle tissue after 6-7 years of natural training without hoping on gear. I'm gna gve u the results at the end of the cycle and I'm sure il be gaining a lot on only 3000 cals so take ur useless advice away buddy 3500 cals without fat gain is impossible for my stats
 
Fat gain might be a good thing if you are looking to put on some mass you really should worry about getting your strength and size up and less on abs and viens plus you do realize it takes till 4-6 weeks to really start feeling the undeconate ester in sus

This guy is seriously cracking me up bro. He is talking shit like knows it all and ON juice is only 170. Lmao. I mean this is a joke. Lol. I was 220 and 10% bf natural and went from 180 and 8%. Without steroids. Ha ha and this dude is gonna do anything but thank me for my advice.

You dont gain fat on a surplus unless ur eating junk. Good clean precise food and you wont gain bf.

Yeah to be honest I never worry about fat gain it is always super easy for me to lean out plus I like sweets and fried foods too much to care I think this dude is doimg what everyone always does and blame the gear first and doesnt look at diet and training .... 5 lbs seems good to me looking at my body id guess thats what I have put on but since starting I've actually gone from185 10% bf to 205 again and way leaner then the last Time I got to 205 I just think this kid is mad we are giving him some magic trick or something

Exactly. That why you figure out your adjusted bmr then tailor your macros to those numbers and train for your body type intil anyone does that no teal progress will be made
