Sustanon 250 and deca 300 dosages

Hey all, what would be the best dosages to take on my sus 250 and deca 300 cycle??? i want to keep the test dose higher than the deca but also want to take enough deca to see definite results... would one pin of 300mg deca be enough and 2 pins a week of sus to take me to 500mg of test a week? if so whats best way to take it? 1 barrel with both 1ml sus and 1ml deca on say a monday and just a 1ml of sus on thursday? Or split the 300mgs up between the two pins per week So half ml of deca with 1ml sus on monday and same again Thursday? there seems to be soooo many experts on here so advice please.....

300 deca is enough to see results. I started 300 test 300 deca then bumped test to 600 after 6 weeks, but that gave me crazy lower back pumps, so I'd try to get away with as little test as possible (50/50 ratio minimum).

I think 500 test and 300 Deca is a good dose to go with for both

300-400 mg of deca is more than enough
