1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout

I use an insultin syringe that doesn't have a needle to measure my SR

The droppers have measures on them, and the bottle will tell you how many MG per ML. One full dropper is 1.0 ML. So a full dropper of GW is 20MG, and S4 50MG. Because the SR is 20mg per ML, if you want 5mg then you would fill the dropper to .25 or 1/4 full.

Bottles are clearly marked at what concentration per ml they are bro, and each bottle has a clearly marked dropper for easy measuring.

S4 is 50mg per ml, so dosing would be 0.5ml (25mg) twice per day

GW is 20mg per ml so dosing is 1ml once per day in the AM

SR9009 is 20mg per ml so you would dose 0.25ml (5mg) every 2-3 hours 6 times per day

NICE... thats a sick stack.. my recommendation would be to continue mk677 far past the 12 week period... you will see the results quickly with its use and staying on long term is where the true results are at !

Yes that's correct. At the 30mg total dose per day (5mg times 6), a bottle will last 20 days
