Supplements needed?

I spent many years buying all of the different proteins, BCAA, creatine...ext with little to no gains all the while on prescribed TRT. Now that I have started running "gear" and eating 6 meals a day I am let's say enhanced. So my question is, is all of the ridiculous supplements still needed while on cycle? My thought is that I would rather spend my money on good whole food instead of some crap with a fancy label. What is your guys thoughts on this?

Food is ALWAYS better..supplements are only there to help you achieve your diet ..like if your working late and gona miss a meal, use a shake ..that type of deal

I haven't bought a tub of protein in over a year. Stopped using creatine and PWO's years ago as well. If you know how to eat and train properly you don't need all the OTC supplements that you see a lot of guys at the gym using/talking about. Sure they may give you a slight edge, but to me it's not worth the cost.

I used to be a huge advocate for creatine and preworkouts. Took them religiously spent $100's and i actually felt as if I got a real advantage from them. After i ran my first cycle i never even considered buying supplements again.

Besides a milti vitamin, omega 3's and digestive enzymes and the occasional energy drink i dont buy anything else.

Defiantly using all of my required supports. I actually feel safer taking some test, EQ and winstrol rather than drinking something that has 20 different ingredients and I can't even begin to pronounce any of them. What a waste and what really pisses me off is these company's are basicly stealing people's hard earned money!
