Superman Stack + Lower T?

Hello,
I recently had my blood tested for low T. The Dr said I'm fine but just had low Vitamin D3. Overall for the past two years I just don't feel like myself, my body hurts, I gain fat easily, ect. Even though the Dr said I'm fine. I know something isn't right. So I started researching the levels. According to "Doctors" Normal levels range from 270 to 1050. My levels were on the lower end like around 300. Is it just me or does that seem like a huge range? Like if I was 80 years old maybe 300 would be ok but not at 37. Logic tells me I would want it to be closer to the top number.

My question is......
Due to the fact that I feel like hell I just ordered the Superman Stack. Would starting that cycle with lower T levels be ok or should I get that cleared up before I start the cycle?

Thank you!!!

How long have you felt like this bud? Also what does your diet look like? Diet can play a huge role in hormone levels, and judging by your bodyfat, I'm guessing your diet isn't that great.

It's really up to you what you want to do, but I would probably run the stack, then see how you recover afterwards. Run the right pct and do bloodwork to see where you are at. Also work on cleaning up your diet and getting that in line. Do what you can to bring those levels up higher, but I think your lifestyle choices are probably ma,ing the biggest impact here.

Your cycle and pct should look like this

http://pureessenceresearch.com/product/superman-stack-12-weeks/

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
1-12 MK-2866 25mg per day dosed in the AM
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

RickRock,
Oddly enough my diet pretty strict. Usually very low carb and Ketogenic diet. I rarely have a cheat meal, don't drink, drink a lot of water, workout 4 to 5 times a week. I just can't seem to lose much weight. That is why I went to the DR.
I already purchased the Superman Stack. I can't wait to give it a shot.

Something is definitely off then man. Even if you had all kinds of things out of whack you should still not be anywhere near 25% bodyfat if you eat that good. Are you tracking your calories and macros? If so where is everything at?

My body fat was measured on one of those electronic scales. Unless those things are wrong. The person that measured it did say the couldn't believe my BF was that high.

hey brother... one thing to realize is that if you have low T, which you CLEARLY do at 300, then you don't have the capability of burning fat bro... that's part of the reason your having so much trouble now... have you ever had bloodwork before this or was this the first time? rick gave you sound advice, and we need to get your t levels up so you have the ability to burn more fat...

So should I get the T levels up before I run that Superman Stack or Run it and see what happens the full cycle? This was my first time getting blood work. I have always felt healthy previously. Thank you guys!!!

you can run it and see how your body responds... try to approach this as redmorkai did and see if that works first.. you dont want to just jump to trt without trying everything you can first... however if you find our not burning fat as you should still, and your levels are not going up then trt is probably the only option...

ill tell you what i would personally do... i am basing this on that you have felt a lack of energy and had problems losing weight for a few years now... clearly thats an ongoing problem that needs addressed... try to address your d3 first... if that does not work after you follow the protocol given to you, then i would go for trt...

Ok great! I really don't wan't to be on TRT for the rest of my life but something definitely has to change. I will let you guys know the results in a few months. Thank you.

After the sarms cycle perhaps running a Full PCT instead of a mini pct may be an idea?

yes, that would be a great idea and you may want to consider even doing an 8 week pct.... this might be something else you need.. its at least worth a shot... i'll give you two layouts... a 4 week and an 8 week pct but i would highly consider doing the 8... here's the link for the pct stack followed by the layout... https://www.sarmsx.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=133&search=platinum

Ok. I'll purchase the full PCT too.

your doing all the things you possibly can now to try to recover... if you go through all of these things and nothing is working or changing in your favor then its rather clear what the problem is and that would be directly related to low testosterone levels...

Thanks. It's a shame doctors will tell you you are perfectly healthy..

It is a shame indeed, but unfortunately a LOT of doctors hav no idea what they are doing when it comes to treating things like low T. As long as you fit into their "range" they call you good, but there's no reason to ever live with levels like that

I'd personally be inclined to do what RR suggested. Get a chance to improve lifestyle, work on d3 levels while running the stack. But it comes down to personal choice on this for sure. To give you an idea how long it took me to get my d3 levels in line, was taking 5000 iu plus 500-600 from multivitamin a day...

02/23/15 13.2 ng/mL
05/04/15 22.2 ng/mL
08/05/15 35.6 ng/mL
11/02/15 47.2 ng/mL

Wow. That is a long time. I have only been on liquid D3 10000 iu for a month.

Ya, could be a lot of factors that played into it though. I live in Maine and one of the best ways to get vitamin d3 is via sun is by UVB rays. Most UVB rays are reflected by the earth's atmosphere unless it reaches up over 50 degrees. This doesn't happen in Maine except maybe 3-4 months a year and it has to be the middle of the day to make sun exposure effective here.

I also had an elevated BF when I was dealing with my d3 deficiency. D3 is fat soluble and can even be stored in fat cells. Since I was trying to lose fat during this period, I was shedding fat that was D3 depleted which wasn't improving my d3 blood levels. That also meant a lot of my supplemental D3 wasn't being stored into fat as much since I was cutting. So your mileage may vary.

I'll get my blood checked after my stack and pct and let you guys know...
