Suggestion for my Second cycle

Hii Sir I m from India.I am 25 yrs old. My height is 5.9 & weight is 67 kg. I am exercising for the past 7-8 yrs. My Body Fat% is b/w 6-10. Sir Genetically i m gifted with the proper body shape but it's hard for me to gain size. I want to gain clean Muscle size. I tried Test only cycle from Nov-Jan 2017 but I didn't gain anything from that cycle. Now I m planning for my Second cycle that is Test:- 350, Deca:-300,EQ:-500 mg. Will you please tell me that how to inject these salt in a week, can't I inject all these in my Glutes only ?? Plz sir help me. Waiting for ur precious advice.
 
If you weigh 67kg (147lbs), the only thing you need is food

You're too undersized for steroids bro. You need to work on your diet
 
bro, you are going to destroy yourself using steroids at that weight... im sorry but NOONE in the world buys the fact you cannot gain more weight than 147 lbs... you have to get some more size or you are going to wreck yourself in terms of joints, ligaments, tendons, bones, etc... far too much strain being that undersized... you will grow too fast and with that small of a frame, its a bad idea man... you should be 10-15 lbs bigger and due to that, the amount of growth you have with steroids will be higher and it will crush you internally..

i cannot possibly recommend steroids to you... what exactly do you eat each day? give me the layout...
 
doesn't the fact you made zero gains on your first cycle tell you something? i.e. your diet and training are useless.
 
If you weigh 147lbs, 160g of protein seems a little low to me.. if you want to build muscle you should aim at 1.5 per body weight in lbs ... so around 220g of pro...

Work on your diet bro... if you're consistent, you can get the size you're after
 
I agree, 147lbs is very small. You could gain 15-20lbs almost by accident if you were only eating the right foods often enough..

I agree. Protein intake certainly needs to be higher
 
160 grams of protein is a joke bro... clearly you have issues with your diet... i dont care if you run every steroid under the sun, you wont gain shit without your diet being right and so you are just going to stay stagnant unless you want to leave fantasy land and join us all here on the planet earth which i would highly recommend... dont be delusional brother... post your diet so we can help you
