I've never been a sugar craving person... Never really liked sweets until I started running gear now it consumes my mind. Sometimes I'll pace back and forth and try to convince myself why I should eat something sweet. Eventually it goes away but some days it's really bad...

At first I thought it was due to high estrogen but I even had the sugar cravings on TRT / cruise dosages...

Anyone else get these?
 
From what I understand is that you can get a low sugar feeling and then cravings from the body using more energy and needing higher intake from gear use or growth. I noticed it from going to deca and tren.
 
I've never had it on or off gear. I think it's more a thing related to each individual. Those that are used to eating clean without sugar probably are less affected. When you have sugar it makes you want more, and the fact that there is more anabolism on gear makes some people crave carbs and many look for those carbs in the form of sugar.

Sugar cravings also stem some something deeper. Usually fruits and cheeses will satisfy the craving.
 
In the days when I'm having a "sweet-tooth" and it's going bad, sometimes a little bit of good quality ice-cream right after workout does the trick for me...
Eases the carving +a little glycogen replenishment..
 
Go frozen cool whip and poor some walden farms caramel on it lol. Cool whip is really nothingness. Not too bad at all.

Ive noticed it even with low dose Test. Im guessing because I already am getting PLENTY of protein but Im burning more calories and so my body starts saying "Feed Me Sweets (carbs)!!!" as that is the energy source it wants. Pretty much what GTFORMULA is saying.

Ive developed a pretty decent way to deal with it but its tough brother.
 
i tend to go with a couple power chews bcaa's and glutamine when i have these cravings and it helps... fruit is a good one to help to and that definitely seems to work well also... sometimes i just chew gum when i feel this way too
 
I've actually found something that works pretty well for me. It is carnation instant breakfast protein. Chocolate flavor. It has all kinds of vitamins and protein but also sugar and sweet tasting. Mixes easy and is really good tasting. I actually give it to my kids too.

i used to drink that when i was younger quite often... it became too sugar rich for me but i used to have the multiple flavor pack which was quite nice... a glass of almond milk with it would be quite good...
 
carrots also have some sugar and give you that crunch in which your brain will key on that you are eating and the endorphins will release a little maybe that will work.

Ill have to try this. Pure whey shakes dont seem to fool my body with these cravings so maybe this will work.

Pure Whey?! Oh hell no. Telling you man make the "Brocha" 2 cups coffee 2 scoops vanilla or cookies and cream whey. I'm starting the trend. Shits bomb...
