dear bro. im suffering form ED, i ve done steroid cycles long back. like 6..7.. years ago. n came out of it all and had good life.
for past one year. i couldn't maintain-sustain a erection no matter what. i do great with viagra, but with out it i m unable to maintain. met a urologist. after blood tests, he said every thing looks normal. your completely fine. he prescribed me viagra which i shall use it before intercourse. i hate using it as it makes me nervous n gives me palpitation. neither i enjoy sex nor i sleep peaceful after that..

now i like to tell u this bro. i tried using clomid alone and nolva+clomid i.e. 25mg eod clomid and 10 mg nolva. to naturally increase my test level but for my wonder they killed my erection all to gether. and made me feel so irritated like how i feel i m off cycle. and ABOVE ALL it gave me joint pain . my every joint in my body was aching. so left it. and in 2 weeks time my joint pain has gone and erection has came back. still the erection quality and duration very bad. unable to sustain.

is there any medicine which can help me with good erection. and any way to increase my test with out clomid or nolva and maintains it for a longer period even after stoping it.

i tried proviranum tabs. 25 mg ed for a week. good a diff feel in erection. but my hair started sheddign like shit. loads of hairloss in just week so stopped it. ALSO, the erection while on proviranum wasn't that great.

plese help bro. I AM A GREAT FAN OF UR YOUTUBE VIDEOS. NO ON. . I MEAN IT NO ON MAKE A CLEAR CUT VIDEO ON STEROIDS AS U DO. great job.

im 30yrs old.
healthy.
medium built endomorphic body type.

How old are you? You said your tests came back fine. Does that mean your testosterone was in normal range?

Never mind I re read it and saw that you are only 30.

Either way, what are your test levels?

Brother..no one here is qualified to give you a medical opinion..we are not doctors..we don't have your complete medical history or lab work

There are many causes of ED
Including:
Depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions
Stress
Relationship problems due to stress, poor communication or other concerns
Certain prescription medications
Heart disease
Clogged blood vessels (atherosclerosis)
High cholesterol
High blood pressure
Diabetes
Obesity
Metabolic syndrome — a condition involving increased blood pressure, high insulin levels, body fat around the waist and high cholesterol
Tobacco use
Alcoholism and other forms of substance abuse
Sleep disorders

A UROLOGIST IS YOUR BEST BET...IF YOU DON'T THINK YOURS IS COMPETENT...GET A NEW ONE OR SEEK A SECOND OPINION

do you actually have bloodwork to show because without that, its difficult to say what your issues are... did you run pct's on your previous cycles? did you get a FULL blood panel?

these are the tests you need...

Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/ Differential: Hematocrit; hemoglobin; mean corpuscular volume (MCV); mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH); mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC); red cell distribution width (RDW); percentage and absolute differential counts; platelet count; red cell count; white blood cell count; immature granulocytes
Comprehensive Metabolic Profile ( includes eGFR ): A:G ratio; albumin, serum; alkaline phosphatase, serum; ALT (SGPT); AST (SGOT); bilirubin, total; BUN; BUN:creatinine ratio; calcium, serum; carbon dioxide, total; chloride, serum; creatinine, serum; globulin, total; glucose, serum; potassium, serum; protein, total, serum; sodium, serum; eGFR
Estradiol
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Testosterone, Total - Women, Children, and Hypogonadal Males, LC/MS-MS

There are just too many factors that can affect ED so we can't sit here and speculate on it. You need to consult your physician. I will say that if you do fine on viagra, it almost sounds like a blood flow problem more than anything, but that's just a guess. You need professional medical advice
