I've been trying to maintain a caloric deficit while on my cycle of about 500, however, I keep exceeding this because I'm struggling to manage the hunger - it's getting worse.
So far I've tried drinking a lot of water (4 litres roughly) and adding black coffee or even green tea to my diet first thing in the morning but it keeps getting worse.
Any suggestions?
