Hey Dylan , I have seen your videos over YouTube have been following channel since quite a time , I am from India , I need little help from you , I am an athlete I play basketball
I want of get stronger and increase my strength which obviously states I don't want any kind of water weight , I want lean muscle and strength which can aid my sport .
I am 6" 2 tall, weight about 85 KGS , body fat about 12-13℅ roughly haven't checked recently , have a decent athletic physic I wanna run my very first cycle kindly guide me on that what to do how to do

Yes I do eat ! Recently lost good 5-6 KGS of weight which included muscle also,was 91kgs before that ! I wanna regain it back as soon as possible !
My stats

Age-22
Height-6" 2
Weight-85kgs
Body fat-12-13% roughly
Years of training - 2+
Any previous cycles - none
Goals - lean muscle and strength
Supplements - usually run whey proteins nothing much else
General idea about nutrition - have a decent idea about nutrition and macros , can manage diet myself .
Injuries - nothing major as such

Also wanna know as I play , my body goes under more tension when compared to just lifting , do I need to add any of other micro nutrients such as vitamins and other things for good bone and joint maintaince .

Bro as per your stats your too young. At 22 with a proper diet and time in the gym you can get shredded. Typically most wont rec AAS until a minimum age of 25. There other options like sarms, they can offer gains without the risks. I ran a cycle when i was just getting started and saw amazing results. Dylan and Rick will chime in amd will set you up with a killer sarms stack.
 
Yeah you are absolutely correct ! Probably my muscle memmory is good and I would gain by my strength and gains soon as, I have recently lost lot of good muscle and strength recently , I have started on my natural regime again , will wokrout and eat like a beast for now on , till some good duration of time , just after some 4-5 , I'll wanna start my first cycle to gain some good muscle and strength , whatever result that cycle would provide me , I'll try and work hard to keep it ! This first cycle is gonna be my only cycle for long long time !
So for now I just wanna know what salt I can add how much I can do ! What would be suitable as this steroid game is expensive and I wanna save some good amount for it and then go for it !
Am gonna research for next 2 months and then slowly start collecting whatever is necessary for my cycle !

bro, at 6'2" and 187 you are undersized and can easily gain more size naturally... how old are you? have you considered sarms? they are FAR more fit for a basketball player than steroids are... if you are not familiar with sarms, start with my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators I can help you set up a cycle and sarmsx can ship everything to you with no problems... let me know bro and i'll help you with everything...
 
Another observation; basketball and bodybuilding are 2 very different sports. Both are good. But AAS is not really a good match for basketball IMO. You may need to chose one over the other.

exactly.. its not that you "can't" but its just not a good fit.. trust me, this is coming from a basketball player so IM WELL AWARE of everything it entails, especially when you are trying to take it to the next level... if i could have had certain sarms, like GW-501516 and MK2866 for basketball to help with endurance, strength and healing, it would have made a HUGE impact... steroids are not only not necessary for basketball but you can't be fluctuating weight too much nor having side effects, especially when it comes to possibly being too aggressive etc... while its a very intense sport, its also very controlled... you have to be far more wise when picking comounds to use for basketball... i assure you, sarms are going to be so ideal for you..
 
Too young to run steroids. More muscle will not help you make baskets. There are drugs that can increase stamina. If you were a boxer or MMA dude, I'd say yes, in about 5 years. And even then, I'd advise you to build as much natty muscle as you can first.
