Yeah! Good gains! After being hit by two cars and body broken in over 218 places, I need all the help I can get to recover and it has been great! Am literally starting over after last market crash in new career after losing everything and having good physical strength is definite plus with stamina and energy levels! Because I know am gojng to have to work me ass off to recover assets to support me later on life. And being strong and built? Believe me, it helps! I run circles around other dudes HALF my age!
