Steady cardio performance with GW/SR9009 ?

Hi,

I read many threads in this forum and others about the crazy improvements people get with Cardio while using GW and/or SR909. But I am still wondering what crazy means in this case.
For instance, those doing steady cardio, how much time do you manage to complete a 10 miles free run (not treadmill) ? Did you try 20 miles ? For those who cycle, how much power output (watt) can you maintain for 1 hour ?

Thanks.

https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/sarms-my-sprint-routine-8012.html My daughter cycles but I do not know the terminology. I know that she can sprint at 38mph for 120 yards and went to being able to do it for 220 yards. Don't know if that means anything to you. She was riding 4 miles per day at about 25mph and now does 55 miles.

You can read my brother's post who is very much into running fast.

ya I know iwannagofaster and a few others on here are cyclists, there was one guy on here I cant remember who or when it was that was running like 10 to 20 miles a day and his endurance and recovery was a lot better and if I remember right he was a little skeptical of SARMs in the beginning. I can tell you this the only way im running 20 miles is in a damn car or motorcycle lol

There are quite a few people on here that have done comparisons before and after with the numbers to show the effectiveness whether it be cycling, swimming, running for a marathon, whatever. Basically anything endurance based will be enhanced greatly.

I know for me personally I am able to push my cardio sessions longer, and I'm able to go at a higher speed or intensity than normal while maintaining the same targeted heart rate range

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

I am on my first run of GW/SR/MK 2866. I am in the middle of week 2 and can say without a doubt that my endurance is up.
I noticed last night that while doing certain exercises that would have me completely out of breath I was breathing much slower. My heart rate was lower and I could go a bit longer.
And my recovery between sets is crazy fast. My breathing and heart rate drop very quickly.
This is after 10 days on!!! I cant wait to see where I am in 2 weeks!

bro, take a look at your question and think about how impossible that is to answer...

so you take person #1 who currently runs a 10 minute mile in x amount of time and then person 2 whom it takes nearly 10 minutes longer to complete... so person 1 has an improvement of 4 minutes while person 2 has in improvement of say 7 minutes... their times are still different so the total time is of no significance... that doesn't even make sense because its variant from person to person... the thing you need to look at is overall improvement... a 7 minute improvement if fucking huge... noone can tell you the exact number man, thats absurd to even ask because its an impossible question...

the better question is "what kind of improvement can i see?" or what would you expect ?

the answer is a VERY large improvement... you are continuously building your vo2max which is allowing you to go MUCH longer and MUCH harder... not just in long distance cardio either... it works with weight training as well because you will not need nearly as much rest in between sets, allowing you to build muscular endurance and your output t reach max levels you could never reach on your own... you need to phrase these better though because the way you asked it is all hypothesis and guesswork with no precise answer...

You are right, the question wasn't precise. What I meant is just what you described actually. For instance, if someone used to run 10 miles in 1 hour, how much did he improve after a cycle of GW/SR. Just curious since crazy cardio could be somewhat relative.

you can expect drastic and significant improvement... you will find very quickly that you can go much longer, faster etc... You ultimately decide how much you improve your time by how hard you try to go but you can be assured one thing, GW will allow you to get to levels you could never dream of getting on your own...

You are looking for a miracle? Read the bible or study quantum physics. If you read my brohters post he can run 40 yards in under 5 seconds. The sarms allow him to practice longer and longer and then eventually all of th extra practice then makes you faster. If you are looking to put a dropper in your mouth and then go out and double all of your personal best then you are dreaming .WAKE up DUDE. You sound like you know a little about biking...I think because my daugheter laughed when she read your post. And she is 19.A pro biker, and thinks that you have no clue. Could that be so? Yes the sarms will work and it will be directly proportional to the time and effort you put in. Can you sprint 40?

thats a serious 40 time too... thats nfl combine caliber shit... very very impressive to say the least... thats actually an understatement... you have to be in serious condition for that type of time, i mean big time... im seriously impressed... you blink and he's crossing the finish line... i used to hit like 5.3 or so and i thought that was incredible but when your talking 4's, thats all star caliber for sure
