Hi everyone, thank you for such an awesome place. I just found the videos yesterday and the forum today and I’m very grateful to be here. I might add that I am overwhelmed with the info as well. I have some questions about getting started with what would be either my first or second cycle.

I am 43 years old 5’ 11” - I weigh 240 and I’m about 25-30% body fat. I have been athletic all my life playing football and wrestling in high school and martial arts all my life. I have gained lots of weight when my wife had cancer and am eating healthy and exercising now again. My weight gain is due to overeating late at night.

I started TRT therapy about 9 months ago when I learned from TRT Revolution Jay Campbell. I see Defy Medical here in Florida. I was at 255 testosterone level and 5.9 free. Now a couple months ago I’m at 772 and 18.6 free and they have increased it still to get to 1200 at the upper range. They have me taking .45ml twice a week of testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml and .50ml of HCG also twice a week. I take 35mg of Dhea nightly and .125 Anastrozole twice a week and my estradiol is fine.

I want to take my gains to the next level and start getting bigger. I have gained lots of strength and some size already on try where my wife and kids are surprised.

What should I do next, I’m thinking to increase my testosterone amounts first right? I’m afraid when I do this the blood work I have to do every 3 months will reveal I’m taking way to much and they won’t subscribe me anymore! I’m sure I have to purchase the test somewhere else because they monitor it very close and I can’t even order 1 day early.

My next question is if you can please teach me how to do my own research on the best place to start ordering my gear and test. I know I’m not supposed to just ask for a source so I want to learn how to find the right spot to order from

Goals to get bigger and add muscle, I’m currently eating better and exercising to lose weight. I lift weights 3-5 days a week and have for several years.

you absolutely should not be using any steroids whatsoever at your current body fat... not in any way, shape or form... you are nearly ONE FOURTH FAT bro... you need to be 12-13% before you even consider it... you have QUITE a way to go.. not that you can't get there but even discussing it is a million miles past absurd right now... you could use sarms and they will help you cut fat at a much more rapid rate but steroid use is completely ridiculously out of the question...

No you do not want to increase test dosage beyond TRT until you are in much better condition. In the meantime I recommend a sarms stack to compliment your TRT, which will help you lose that bodyfat and gain some lean mass and strength in the process. I just can't stress enough about getting that diet dialed in where it needs to be

Here is what I'd recommend to you

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

increasing your test dose it running a cycle which you have NO BUSINESS doing whatsoever... here is the stack i would recommend..


1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 25 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

I think I’m going to move forward with the SARMS and keep eating properly to lose weight and get to 12%

I will also buy some fat calipers to know more exactly what percentage of body fat as right now I’m just guessing based on pictures
