Hey guys brand new here, just wanted to know the reasoning behind not starting aas use unless youve been consistently training for whatever + years. I get that you would need to itleast attempt to get your body to peak physical condition to get the most out of aas use but i guess im looking for more reasons than that. For example, are your gains more superficial in the long term or what?
DG says that if youre overweight aas isnt going to met your belly fat, got it makes perfect sense. Also aas not good for someone who is not in good health.
But how bout those skinny guys. In good health just not in peak physical condition. What are the reasons why they have no place with aas use. And the risks they run if they decide to proceed anyway?
