Hey dylan, hows it goin.
Straight to the point here, dont wanta waste your time.
Long time follower.
This will be my 7th cycle.
Im 37, 6'1, 188 lbs on a good morning.
Ive weighed in at 195 a few times.

I plan on doin a stack here in about 1 month.

*on hand I have:
Test e
Deca
Eq
&
Tren a

Im sensitive to tren as ive had problems with anxiety, insomnia and night sweats in past experiences/cycles with it. (I may opt out of using it)
I may have high levels of estrogen,?, ive noticed my chest has alot of sag, this may be age as well. Ive noticed my chest tightens up when im on cycle and i start pct measures.
Ive attached a photo. It has a before picture and 2 during cycle photos. These were taken back in Jan.

I also have the following for pct
Hcg
Clomid tabs
&
Nolva tabs

Would you please advise me as to what the best plan of action would be for this type of stack? (Specific breakdown of pins and amount per week)

I plan on running this stack for 16 weeks and staying on low dose of test after.

What maybe i should leave out or add?

Can i add HGH to this stack for optimum results?

And can you advise me on the pct plan of action for this stack.
What may be still be needed (caber?)

I greatly appreciate all your work and dedication on spreading the knowledge.

You have run 6 cycles and you are still asking to be spoon fed what to take? Come on bro. You had to have learned something. Write up a layout of how you plan on taking what you are taking, and we can help adjust it if needed.

I think you seriously need to reevaluate your diet and training methods if you are going into your 7th cycle with those stats. You don't have much of a base built at all. In order to get the most out of a cycle you need to get those things right or it doesn't matter what you take. How is your diet?
 
the plan of attack here is likely to not use steroids... after this many cycles you are only 188 lbs? i mean, people often give me shit about being small and im 205 bro... same height as you... i train for cutting but still dude, after that many cycles, not only do your stats not match up but you dont even really know what your doing to be brutally honest... hcg in pct is literally the WORST THING you could ever do...



so, when you use testosterone, you are clearly adding large amounts of it into your body which causes you to eventually be suppressed when you stop using it because your body forgets how to produce it on its own... hence, the need for pct... so, what hcg does is MIMIC your lh and fsh, just like taking testosterone, mimics testosterone production which eventually leads to suppression, correct... so when you mimic lh and fsh, what happens when you stop using it?? im sure you can put two and two together... the reason you use hcg is to get your lh and fsh STIMULATED before pct, so they are not completely bottomed out because when you use test, they are non existent... just like when you run an oral without test... when you go into pct, your test is bottomed out.... when you go into pct using test, AT LEAST its much higher making recovery easier as you reteach your body to produce on its own... so if you use hcg BEFORE pct, then it gives that boost while your body learns how to produce on its own... HOWEVER, if you run hcg IN PCT or after, you end up suppressing yourself because you are just mimicking, not helping to jumpstart anything like nolva and clomid do for your natural testosterone production... NOT TO MENTION, hcg ALSO increases estrogen... so, i just want you to FULLY understand so you dont think its just someone talking and blowing smoke... this is fact... its easy to understand when you see it written down…


i dont just tell people what they want to hear, i tell you what you need to hear and guide you properly and if it were me, i would highly consider reevalutating everything man... i would avoid using steroids man

2) I have learned from both bad experiences and good.
3) But i am not a pro, hence why the post was made on this forum, to get knowledge from the pros...

Ive ran 6 cycles in the span of military deployments from 2000 to the present time. So to be specific, in the past 17 years ive done 6 cycles sporadically which may be the reason as to why my details/#'s aint addin up.
Im 37 and have been lifting weights since high school. Im not runnin the shit to compete on stage. Im just another guy liftin weights to be fit n healthy bro.

Your guys are absolutely right though.

That being said, it is a lot easier to look at a proposed cycle and help make adjustments. Sure it takes more time than me having set cycles and copying and pasting them to people, but this way I can at least feel like you've done some work. Feel free to write something up. *quick rant* Totally not aimed at you, youve actually gave me good advice before.

These forum's are designed for people to ask questions and receive knowledge, advice if you will.

Ive noticed alot of people (on dylans forums specifically) like to blast off at the mouth from the get go, spew out all the knowledge they have and point out all the fucked up shit the individual is doing based on id say 50/50 factual shit (depending on what info the individual provided).

This is a serious hobby/lifestyle am i right?
So wheres the guidance/advice?

Im mean shit i aint askin for dylan to hold my dick while i piss lol, im askin for advice, yet all i get is degraded, told how un-knowledgable i am and instead get told "forget about your stack, your doin it wrong, dont do it at all".

that at least makes a bit more sense if its over a 17 year span but thats quite bothersome you started at 20 years old bro... you said you had bad experiences with tren so why, as you have gotten older, would you think its an option? it gets WORSE on sides as you get older, not better... trust me... i mean, you can run a cycle if you want, its not an issue, but if its been that long since your last cycle, i would not go crazy from the start... i also dont follow you... you say you have your pct on hand (which is way off base btw) but then you say you are going to stay on a low dose of test? that makes no sense? are you prescribed trt or just wanting to do it? you dont use pct when you are on trt...
