Stack for athletes

Hey everyone, I'm sure you get the same questions quite a bit so I apologize. I am highly considering going through SarmsX for a bodyrecomp stack however I did have some questions. Before I get started let me mention that I am a Personal Trainer, BJJ Athlete and I am in the National Guard as well. I don't have a lot of time throughout the day to break away from everything and fly off the handle in private. While a friend of mine was talking to me about steroids, the videos I've seen with Dylan seem to highly suggest (and with evidence to back it up!) that sarms would work for an athlete rather than against. My dilemma is that I will be gone for a month with the guard handling a few annual requirements but I won't be able to lift during that time. One Month. No lifting.

My numbers right now are (Somewhat average anyway)

Height - 5'' 9'

Lbs - 200

BF % - 16

Squat - 470

Dead - 450

Bench - 320

Overhead Press - 185

When I get back it's going to look a lot worse. What type of modifications can you make to your workout program on the 8 week recomp stack (Basic Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type principals please) if the goal is to recomp while also bringing up strength? I thought about adding BlackStone Labs Halo, DMZ, or Alpha 1 to the stack since I would have to run a PCT anyway, could this work? Thank you!

Welcome!

I won't comment on the Sarms stack because of your specific needs Dylan or one of the other folks are better equipped for that. What I will say is don't waste your time with prohormones. They are seriously toxic to your system bro. And they will suppress your test way more than Sarms so recovery will be a lot harder also.

I appreciate your concern, my friend. I take it you have some personal experience with sarms then? I've tried LGD capsules in the past but I saw a video with Dylan where he explained the Bioavailbity would be poor. ( I wondered, honestly should have known...) If that is the case, would you maybe go a little in detail with the results you had?

To put things in context when I started this journey I was about 325lbs. Out of shape is an understatement. I started by making changes and exercising seriously and managed to put on muscle and cut fat and am sitting around 235lbs. My weight loss was slowing down and I wanted to make adjustments to continue the process. That's where Sarms came in. After finding Dylan's videos I decided to take the plung. I am on the 12 week cut stack now. GW,S4,SR9009 And I added MK-2866 for the healing and additional fat cutting and muscle Saving properties. And I can tell you that I am loving it! By the end of week 1 my cardio went up and it has risen every week since. I could see my abs just starting to come in when I flexed and today they are more visible. Strength is up and so is my energy when I work out. You will not see AAS results but in my opinion it's close. The best part is Sarms are not toxic and the sides are almost non exsistant. You came to the right place the bro/sis here will get you sorted out and set you up with a solid plan to reach your goals. Your a PT so you know the work you need to put in and if you do brother you will be one happy bro.

SARMs are the way to go for you, one your bf% is too high for AAS, two your in the NG and subject to piss tests and you'd look like an ass getting busted NG or not. Three PH's are child's play, toxic as fuck and will pop hot on a piss test as well. I'm the same height as you at 254 pounds and 11% bf as of today and retired military to boot. SARMs bro... that's the difference and TIME of course.

Well said... So many stories like that floating around. SARMS are worth their weight in gold.

OP.. One SARM in particular to consider MK677 as well as GW and SR. I would even add more but I don't want to steer you wrong when they test in NG.. Not sure if SARMS is on that screening panel???

SARMS are a definite green light.

I appreciate it guys, picked up some Ostarine today for while I'm gone. Will be getting the recomp stack when I return.

Stay away from the prohomones man. Those things are toxic and dangerous and the available ones now aren't worth a crap anyways. Stick with sarms and stick with everything from www.sarmsx.com

For your goals of adding size and strength I'd highly recommend going 12 weeks if you can. 8 weeks is cutting it a little short

Here is the layout I would recommend

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/ultra-recomp-stack-12-weeks-2

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day
