Hey everyone, I’m a first time poster here but I’ve used this site for awhile to get ideas and tips on SARMS. Just wanted to say so many fucking awesome post on here and you guys have helped me out a ton! I was looking around for some information (Online and Here in threads) and I’m reading a ton of stuff that’s 5+ years old and I just don’t know if that information is still valid, as well as I have issues trusting many websites you find when you type in questions about SARMS.

I ran a 8 week cycle of Yk-11 (5mg a day), MK-677 (20mg), and RAD 140 (10mg). This was my first stack and from what I’ve read I might’ve been on the conservative side with dosage but I wanted to give SARMS a try and was okay easing into it. The results where absolutely incredible everything I could have wanted from my first time. Maintained a good amount of muscle and strength (at least it looks and feels like I did)
Then life took a turn for me and I ended up letting myself go and losing myself along the way. Went from around 175-185 to 220+. Finally I fought my way back and started getting back on track.
My current goal is to get my weight back under control (190ish I’d be happy for now), focusing more on being athletic and strong rather than just as muscular as possible. Get my endurance as high as possible. I would also like to keep/build some muscle. But I do understand you can’t have everything at once.
I have met and setup a plan with a dietitian to get into a calorie deficiency and make sure I’m eating the right foods for what I’m wanting to achieve.
I’m hitting weights 5 days a week as well as Cardio 5 days a week. So I’m back on a consistent schedule.
Looking for help or advice for my next stack. Current idea is:
GW (dosage recommendations ranges have been very large so I’m looking for help on that.): seems like the obvious everyone loves it and seems to always add it to cycles. No brainer
This is where I start to have issues figuring out what would be best for my goals. My first thought was GW+S4+RAD140. Seemed to make perfect sense for what I was wanting. But then the more I read the more I started to think maybe Ostarine might be better than RAD140 for what I want. Then I saw some people loving GW+S4+Sr9009. I just more so looking for advice on what people think would be best for my goals, or if they used any of these stacks what they thought of them. If you do have advice I would love dosage and cycle length ideas as well.
I do have a very physical job and possibly changing careers to a even more physically demanding job, so more muscle isn’t a bad thing as long as I do it in a way that it’s usable muscle(if that makes any sense).
Once again sorry if these are common questions or obvious answers. I just wanted to get reliable up to date info and advice from people I trusted.
