No it's not the same. SARMS are more volatile because they're already liquid suspended in an alcohol allowing them to absorb into oral mucosa. Orals caplets or tabs are meant to be broken down under different means when swallowed whole(water guides this process without altering the concentration of a fully in tact cap/tab.

You can chase it with a glass of water if that's what you are asking. Just don't mix it in water and dilute the compound. Take it straight, then chase it with water afterwards
