Source in EU

Anyone has a source that ships from Europe preferably Scandinavia.

Scandinavia, that's a tough one brother. Most sources within the EU ship from the southern portion of the European Union. If your trying to get things into Scandinavia without customs, I think the UK is your best bet. Even though the EU is supposed to be interconnected with no customs, I think Scandinavian customs still check packages from Southern Europe. Contact Hipocampus he knows all the ins and outs of Europe.
