Sore nipple 3 weeks after PCT (LGD only cycle)

Hey everybody,
I have run 12 weeks of LGD followed by 3 weeks of Clomid PCT 50/25/25.
Now like 4 days ago ( 3 weeks after pct), I started to feel discomfort in my left nipple. It cannot really be seen when you look at it but when I touch it I have a feeling like the breast tissue behind nipple is very slightly enlarged.

I have read about estrogen rebound from Clomid. Could this be the start of a gyno on one nipple?

Ps: I don't have blood work.
What should I do. I don't have any AI on my hands. Should start taking Clomid again or what should I do.
I got LGD from SarmsX

You really need bloodwork bro. Hard to tell exactly what's going on without it. I would get aromasin asap and run that at a low dose

But where do I get blood work done? Should I just go to my general doctor? Anyways, to be more specific its not the breast tissue but there is a small lump on the left side which sometimes when pressed causes very very small sharp pain.

get this hormone panel ...yes it says female but it actually for either sex and WAY cheaper then the male blood work... use RHINO for discount code

"Hormone Panel for Females"

Ok guys, I have ordered aromasin. Doctor said I should wait that it will subside by itself which is bullshit obviously but I didnt want to argue with him. Anyways, How should I dose aromasin when I receive it. Can somebody layout a protocol so I can get rid of the starting gyno ? I have also clomid on my hands right now which I am running to block the estrogen from making it worse. Should I run clomid and aromasin at the same time ?

its hard to say when you dont have any bloodwork and you want guesswork, but i would start 25 mg every day at least 10 days but once again, you are asking me to guess and i have no clue the severity which is just ignorant to do... clomid is not going to do anything for you either

I mean the nipple itself is not sensitive its just that the left outer side of the nipple is bit stiff and sensitive.

like i said, all guesswork... doesnt sound like much so i wouldnt over do it but im not going to sit here and guess and then make it worse by over or under doing it...
