Hey yall, just wanted to post some results that I have made over the past year or so... Started at 183.1 with 31.3% BF and have gotten down to 148.7 with 10.2%BF. Got a lot of the fat trimmed off now time to start bulking! Goal is to gain about 20 when its all said and done and be around 8%BF. Dylan and I have set up a good cycle for me and I am looking forward to posting more pics of my progress. Thanks to everyone that has given their opinions, ideas, and all the knowledge. This is a great forum and really feels like a family more than just an everyday forum.

good job on the weight loss. im not sure you ready for a cycle yet, you dont much of a muscle base yet and a ton of room for growth naturally. i would stick to training and dieting a bit more before thinking of doing any cycle.how old are you?

I'm 26 we have put together a good cycle but I have not started yet. Still gathering gear. Don't want to start without having everything I need. I'm thinking maybe around Xmas or new years I might start. All depends. I'm taking my time with it and doing it right unlike I did in college.

Thanks bro. I know I do and that's why I'm taking my time with this. In college I really screwed up by jumping into a deca cycle and didnt know what I was doing. From all of y'all I have learned to use them as a booster when you have gained all you can naturally and to get everything ahead of time. And most of all PCT!!! Really don't want to go down the same road as last time and thanks to this forum and Dylan's YouTube vids I have learned a lot more. [emoji1]

I think what he is trying to say is in a polite way, is that you have tons of improvements to make before jumping into gear. Impressive fat loss but you have nothing in the Muscle department. Slow down a little bit here, do it naturally get a good base first. Your going to add gobs of muscle, your tendons, bones and everything else are going to take a beating. Cant just jump into this stuff like that. If you want to get into sometype of PED use sarms. It will give you noticeable improvement at a past your body can handle. Why you trying to make another mistake?

Sorry brother but I'm going to agree with all the other forum members and say wait to start aas for a while. Sarms are one thing but taking the full leap when you have so much room to grow with just diet and exercise. Even though you took a ton of fat off, there is still plenty to go and recomping with sarms and hiring Dylan or another one of the forum coaches would get you a million miles further than starting a cycle and possibly have estrogen issues with all the bodyfat you are dealing with. Speak to some of the coaches around here and see how they can help you.

nice job bro I know it wasn't easy but you are well on your way to achieve any goal you set forth, you have maintained your discipline and that is where it starts

That's what my cycle is going to be. Just sarms this round but I'm wanting to get a somewhat ok base to build to still. That's why I'm waiting to start until maybe the new year

Thanks for the tips. The first cycle he has me to do is just SARMs but I'm wanting to get some good base while I get the rest of my gear I want to have everything including PCT before I even think about starting. When the clomid is here then I will really think about starting my cycle of SARMs

****Guess I should have stated the cycle he has me to start is SARMs not full on gear. Sorry for the confusion I thought SARMs are still gear just not as heavy.

ok..ok that is way better. I was going to go along with hurricane and the others and then wondered why Dylan would put you on gear. That was great weight loss bro...but you know what happens...you feel kind of stringy and maybe a little weak, because you always do loose some muscle in the process. So you give your body time to re-adjust to your new weight. So get on those sarms and start working those weights hard. In about a year or maybe even less you might be ready for a light cycle. Take things slowly and methodical.
You should be really proud!

Thanks bro. It was the hardest thing I've done but we'll worth it.

Nice work.
How did you measure your BF%.
This is what I was using .....

Lean body weight = 94.42 + 1.082 (nude weight in pounds) - 4.15 (waist girth around bellybutton in inches)

Body fat (%) = bodyweight - lean bodyweight x 100/bodyweight

...is there a better formula or better way?

Good job on the fat loss man.

Your "before" pictures made me do a double take. Looks like you're rockin a fro, but it's just the dart board or whatever it is that's behind you. Lol

Keep up the hard work. It's showing.
