I am 28 years old, 6'2", 220lbs, about 20% BF (I think). I am im in fairly good shape although i am not where i want to be. I eat healthy for the most part but I want to take it to the next level. The best i have been able to get to is 13% BF @ 190 and I would like to be about 190-200lb and in the single digit BF%. I have been doing a bunch of research and thought I wanted to try MENT, decided not to, thought about gear again for the first time in a couple years and decided probably not. SARMs is something that i have been hearing a ton about and it seems pretty legit. My question(s) is what would a first timers cycle of SARMs look like, where would i get it, dosages and such and any other info anyone can help me fill in my knowledge gaps. Thanks in advanced
 
The "next level" doesn't happen when you eat healthy "for the most part"

Nutrition needs to be on point 110% of the time.

hey brother, im happy to help... however you need to understand, your not going to any other level eating healthy for "the most part" and i hate to be the person with the bad news but 20% is not even close to good shape bro... you need to not be under a misconception because your just way off and i dont want you thinking things that are so far from accurate... you can absolutely get to where you need to be but you need to be realistic with yourself... i can definitely help you with a sarms cutting cycle... the VERY BEST sarms cutting cycle you can run is the enhanced super stack... here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout....

I appreciate the comments, help and honesty. I know I'm off from where I want/need to be and that 20% is not great or even good really. The plan is to drop to 200 lbs and go below 15% before taking anything, I don't plan on taking anything until I get back on my dieting consistently (started 3 days ago) and I have a 6 days a week workout routine. I am by no means new to the gym or eating right, used to be 185 @11-13%. I just got married a year ago and am on the path to fixing myself lol. I did terrible stuff to my body with food.. I am ashamed lol

i have videos on every sarm time and time again that you should watch...

this is a very aggressive fat burning stack that will bring large increases in strength, lean muscle, vascularity and HUGE increases in endurance, metabolism and overall performance enhancement



you need to eat 55-60% protein, 25-30% carbs and 10-15% fats.. i would be eating at a deficit of a MINIMUM 250 but you may consider dropping that even more, 350-500..
