Thank you your reply Sir, to answer your questions
Insulin is used off season by friends, they will do 4-6 weeks on then 4 weeks off, 100kg class friend will run insulin 6 weeks then on 4 weeks off he will run orals like Dianabol or Anadrol, so he alternate insulin and oral, he say it works good for him bulking.
Standard Insulin plan would be
Lantus 50IU or above at breakfast
Humalog 10iu with pre training meal
Humalog 10-20iu after training in gym locker room, drink shake with carbs, whey, dextrose, bcaa, creatine, right after inject
Dose depend bodypart trained that day, if legs then = 20iu after finish, if chest or arms then 10iu after finish.
Friends always carry in bag can of coke and dextrose tabs in case get hypo feeling, even you know how calculate your carbs, sugars and foods to your insulin dose hypo can still happen sometime, so always prepared.
IGF-1 is more used in contest season when insulin cannot be used and taking after training, inject into muscle, dose for male friends is 100mcg per day, lady friend use 50mcg per day.
If using IGF-1 in off season with insulin and HGH plan is
Wake up morning, empty stomach inject HGH
30 mins later eat breakfast inject Lantus
Pre training meal inject Humalog
Post training inject IGF-1
Pre bed inject HGH

Damn im surprised i don't remember ever hearing about language before. Very cool but seems scary-ishPharma Lady said:BigBusiness said:Pharma Lady said:BigBusiness said:I like hearing what competitors use during prep and non-prep. I see that almost all incorporate HGH
Yes they all use HGH, 75kg friend and 100kg friend also use Insulin in their off season, standard plan would be 50IU Lantus at breakfast with 10-20IU Humalog after training.
Would you do the lantus befoe breakfast meal? Is dosing of insulin time sensitive before your breakfast meal?
The Lantus you would take with breakfast, it is 24 hour active Insulin but it is stable meaning no peak like Humalog or Humalin R, it is also the best insulin for raising IGF level in body, as long as eat your meals throughout day you not go hypo from Lantus.
Friend does this plan, wake up take HGH on empty stomach, wait 30 minutes, make breakfast, usually egg white omlette of 12-15 eggs with oatmeal, then he inject Lantus and eat breakfast, one hour later drink whey protein, then have rest of daily meal through day.

So if you don't eat enough prior to bed time mistakenly is there less risk of going hypo?Pharma Lady said:JackSteel said:Damn im surprised i don't remember ever hearing about language before. Lantus is probably the most easy to manage as it does not peak or drop like humalor or humalin, its a slow stable release through 24 hours
