I'll pop by every now and then with updates etc and let you guy's know how things are going. Would love to hear how more people do there prep or if anyone's currently preping!

Id be happy to help you out with anything you are wondering throughout your prep as well. I can always give you my take on things. You can post up an update or PM me anytime, and I'm more than happy to help brother

Much appreciateted bro! And I will def take you up on that! Right now the only thing im not so sure of is a nice water-shedding protocol. You have a good one?

I'm a fan of keeping things simple. I've never used lasix, diazinon or any strong diuretics. I prefer to keep a high AI dose (preferably Letro) the last 10 days or so going into the show, then add in dandelion root for a nice mild but effective diuretic starting about 5 days out increasing to the date of show. Final week I do water loading the first 3 days (3 gallons). Then 2 days at 2 gallons) then 1 gallon, then a half gallon day before show and cutting off water by about 6 PM that night. I'll also cut back sodium some the last 3-5 days or so, but don't cut it out completely. That will just flatten you out. I carb deplete first 3 days of peak week, then carb load up 3 days going into the show.

Shit, nice one! I like your method. I'm also not a fan of lasix, going by what I've read and heard about it. Actually scares me shitless the hole " heart cramp's " shit.
Could you give me ex on dosage etc for the letro and dandelion root?
That's no problem man. I'll get you the protocol I used and show you dosages, etc. I just have to refer to my notes to double check. I'm at work on my mobile right now, but when I get time I'll get that for you

Sweet!

Nice man. Are you satisfied? That's all that matters. Do you see yourself competing again?

Some love it some hate it once they get on stage.
If you ever have any random prep questions or want second opinion ions, let me know. Happy to help. Looking good.

Thanks bro. I felt i could have done alot of things differently, but i loved being on stage. I thought i was gonna crap my self, especially preforming the free pose but i got this massive surge of confidance and rocked it! I wasnt to happy with how i looked, cause i perosnally and others tell me i lost much size and fulness. Lost my vascularity to on stage of all the waiting around, but i see this as a great experience and i now know what i can improve and do differently for my next show!

Ill def hit you up if i have any questions :)

NICE WORK BRO... your looking great! i can see the amount of work you have put in and im damn proud of you! GREAT JOB!

Hey guy's!

Thought id share some pic's from my first show :)

Little update first. I change cycle abit from the original plan. Last four weeks i ran tren, mast, s4 (up to last day out), aromasin and proviron and kicked the test after talking to my coach. Yet again i had to learn the hard way that my body def does not take to well with orals so i had to kick the winstrol wich sucked. The two weeks i was on winny i looked hard af! Well well. Ill def be running test threw my next show as i felt it could have given me a more fuller look. Looked better i might ad a couple of hourse before stage time, as the show was delayed 6 hourse (!!!) So flattened out abit. All in all, it was an awsome experience, and next year ill be crushing it! Ah yeah, i also had to compete in BB open class and not CBB as planed due to lack of information at the show. But still was awsome. Got 4th place btw and will be doing the nationals next time :)

Here are the pic's, with a few from the week before for comparisment. Personally i felt i had a much fuller look the week before :p

yes it did look like you flattened out a bit, the 1 week out photo was fuller and more vascular BUT your front chest pose is nice man, regardless it is still a Good Job nonetheless and you will be even better next time..

Yeah, that was a bummer.. ill be eating more next time, and hopefully the logistiks will be better to! Thanks bro, was happy with that pic. My front side's ok, but i have a weak ass back :p something ill be improving this year! Get some bigger guns to. Lol

It's all trial and error. Good that you take it as a learning experience. That's what's key. You can only do better as you progress.

Your back is not bad man, your back lat spread was pretty good. improvements could be more definition/separation and more lat width, but overall it is nice in the back lat spread.

bigger guns is definitely a good idea that will make your front lat pose a SERIOUS threat and the double bis of course..

i cant see the calves so i dont know what they are like..

only other improvement is the hamstrings/glutes, in the side chest they are nice but in the rear lat spread id really want to see more definition/striations..

overall good job and you are getting there man keep up the hard work, next year you will kill it 1st place baby

Yeah, ill be working like a mad man on improving thoes things. My bf% in my opinion could be lower to. But ill promise you this, next year ill be killing it! Lol ;)

Very nice work bro! You looked awesome and did extremely well for your first show! The stage can be very addictive. I love being up there and the whole process of competing. It's an insane rush that can't be described, only experienced.

Everyone has things they learn from every show, and the idea is to take from that and keep getting better and better. I have no doubt that you will improve and kill it for your next one. Good job buddy!

Thanks bro! Yeah, was an extreme rush! Its true, cant describe the feeling. Super rewarding aswell to stand on stage knowing that you've done what your supposed to do all the way. I think that's why i wasnt so nervouse, couse i actually have super stage fright. Well that and the fact that i was deplete of water and had " diet head ". Lol
