Oh absolutely bro. ABB is the shit when it comes to premade shakes. I got about a half dozen bottles or so at the Arnold along with a couple ABB tshirts. they are delicious. Just a little expensive for me to buy outright on my own. Can't beat the taste and convenience thoughi agree with rick... i just know abb makes a good pre made but its far more expensive and pre mades generally have added ingredients you dont truly want.. . i dont use them at all... i used to use abb because i know they are actually a quality company but you are far better off just using a quality powder
i used to drink them a lot... i love the vanilla and of course the chocolate and even the strawberry but fuck yes they are expensive... the 50 gram bottles get ridiculously pricey but abb is great... i like their speed stack tooOh absolutely bro. Just curious why you are looking for the highest amount of protein per shake? Most powders are around 24-26g per scoop, and two scoops will get you 50g which is more than enough for a serving
your not likely to find anything over 25 grams per scoop but if you use a blender with ice and water its not going to be thick at all... especially if you put more water in there...Thanks guys.
I guess a better way to ask it would have been most per scoop. Cause I can’t stand real thick shakes so the fewer scoops the better for me.
And the only thing I’ve been able to find that isn’t super thick above 40g is pre mix which as we said is not cost effective.

Yep, sure am. Going with him and some other guys from the gym that are friends of mine that workout in the afternoon. A lot of very cool guys. Went two years ago with Dan and another friend of ours and had an awesome time. Can't wait to do it again this year. It's pretty awesomeSpeaking off... are you going to the Arnold this year? If you stick with a whey isolate instead of a whey blend it won't be thick at all, and they are usually 25g per scoopThanks guys.
