I really want your help. I have been to the gym for a 10th month to lose fat and build muscle I have got a good lean muscle but still, the last layer of my belly does not go or hard to get shred. So I have been now for 3 months using strategies for the ketosis diet and Intermittent Fasting and it still the last layer not going. So I just can give you what I have been taken and what I am planning for:
my food and
Fat: coconut oil, butter, avocado, olive oil and ِِAlmond butter, unsweetened almond milk, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese.
Protein: 4 whole egg, beef protein chicken breast or thighs, Makelele fish, Salmon fish, sardine fish, bream fish.
Vegetable: cabbage, broccoli, spinach, Kale, Parsley, lemon, bell pepper, root beer, radish, mushroom, cucumber, zucchini, sauerkraut I steam the vegetables because I have problem with booting even after each meal I take Dandelion Root (now food), super enzyme (Now food) and Betaine HCL (now food)
I take apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon and match green tea, also wheatgrass powder.
Snacks: Chia seed, Flaxseed, or pumpkin seed.
I do not eat bread or fruits and rice.
My Supplements:
Pre workout: Creatine, acetyl carnitine, caffeine, Citrulline Malate, BCAA Powder, GLUTAMINE, B-alanine
Testosterone booster: Macca root, zinc, and magnesium glycine, BLUE STAR NUTRACEUTICALS STATUS supplement (https://reviews.bodybuilding.com/Blue_Star_Nutraceuticals/Status/) which has many medicinal plants and I take with it Vitamin D3 with K2, holy basil extract, ginseng, stinging nettle root and Tribulus.
Also I take: Potassium citrate, Fish oil, CLA, Chromium Picolinate, Yohimbine HCL, Synephrine, Colostrum, sea kelp, Brewer’s Yeast, super Antioxidants which has also many adaptogen herbs such green tea, milk thistle, Bromelain and Curcumin and I take also Joint Plus, which has Glucosamine HCL, Rosehip, Chondroitin Sulphate, Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, Celadrin, Olive Leaf Extract and Curcumin. I take also whey protein isolate from optimum nutrition and BCAA.
I exercise 5-6 days for 2 h or 2.30.
Note: I train in the morning I go with just pre-workout taking: acetyl carnitine, caffeine, creatine and Citrulline Malate and B-alanine+ Yohmbine HCL, Synephrine and green tea.
all this I feel very disappointed about what I have done for money and time consuming to get shredded and so far the same belly fat still does not go.
So I have ordered primeval labs supplement for burn and bulk which have: TRI ANDRO, ERSION, Pyretic and 5A-hydroxy-laxogenin, RKT-GH and Rhaponticum Carthamoides and then I will cycle using Mega test and take Black devil with also Pyretic and I would plan also take back my plant extract such as ashwagandha, ginseng, stinging nettle root and Tribulus. So what you think about this plan and what I have done. Please, I want serious advice from you.
