The base gym has a great sauna and I sit in it for 15-20 minutes each day after my workout. I bring in my bottle of cold water to sip.... I add some aroma therapy oil to the stones. My ear buds with some nice relaxing music...
I am relaxed, and able to clear my mind before heading to the office, to begin the crazy day. I have read some of the articles/studies about life extension/longevity and sweating toxins, etc. Even if those are not true/accurate, and you get nice and relaxed as long as you don't over do it.. why not? Our lives are already stressful enough, this is just one of those "moments" we can take for ourselves.
