Hey guys so I have had a few orders that have went well but this time around my local post office (In Canada) messed up and tried to deliver my shipment to the wrong house, the tracking info now says the item is being returned to the sender, since Sarmsx guarantees delivery will they resend the package without charging me for shipping again? or will i have to pay the $35 international fee again? I know this is neither my fault nor Sarmsx.

Contact sarmsx and explain to them about your circumstance. Sarmsx has some of the best customer service out there that really takes care of people so I'm sure there is something they can do to help you in your situation

Trust me I did lol I was not happy when i saw the out for delivery then that! But the post office was useless and wouldn't even let me intercept/pick up the package from the nearest office and they said the sender has to file a claim with them so as a receiver I can do nothing.
They always take care of their customers. They have some of the best service I've experienced so I'm sure you'll be all good my man.

im not sure if they add insurance to their packages or not but my assumption is that when you explain the circumstance they will be accommodating to you... they have the best customer service out there so your in good hands bro
Their deliveries always comes with insurance. At least all of my packages did.
yes, that was my assumption so they should be able to handle this with no problem
