Liquid. Caps are probably just bunk prohormones. Go through SarmsX and get their sarms. I love them!!! Amazing prices and quality
I personally enjoyed LGD, S4, MK2866, and GW. That was an awesome stack for me. I ran the S4 up to 75mg without any issues.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SARMS IN A CAPSULE... brother i have been writing on this every day for months... please just take a quick look through the search bar on this... sarms are not bioavailable and cannot be absorbed in a capsule... these companies are filling capsules with pro hormones and other fillers... your not buying sarms... so to answer your question, sarms in liquid.... www.sarmsx.com
That is a no brainer. Sarms are meant to be delivered and administered in liquid form. You don't ever want to use Sarms in capsule form due to poor bioavailability. They are also generally not Sarms at all many times, and usually spiked with toxic prohormones that are unknown to really what's in them. Stick with a good trusted quality source with sarmsx

N2slin is absolute garbage but a sarms stack would be very ideal for her... here's one that is perfect for the goals she has...
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first 2 weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Liquid, always use liquid as far as sarms go. I recommend sarmsx.com they have very good products
