Genetics help me though. I am skinny frame.
I will warn y’all do it now. It only gets harder. Once there it is not so bad to maintain with diet. I dropped it at 45 and my skin bounced back. Got lazy and Dad bod again. This time went rob 230 all the way to 175. At this age skin doesn’t return tight.
Now I have loose skin. There is no fix for that.
I guess if I could build build muscle I could fill it up with that.
Belly, back, love handle get harder to loose also. My hardest that I am still trying to beat is last bit it belly pouch!
