SARMS powder

Thinking about trying SARMS again after years of not using them. I noticed it’s hard to get capsule form SARMS anywhere and that SARMS for sale only has the liquid and powder forms. How does the powder work do I scoop and tbs out of something ? I do not want to use the liquid forms.

forget the powder bro.. if you go to umbrella labs, you can get the sarms gels, which are by far the easiest to use
