SARMs - Mass gains and strenght (i need prop. education)

A little introduction

I just registered to the forum though i've been reading and researching for the last 2 days on SARMs. (i'm from europe, just saying)

I've been training for about 2 years on and off, nothing really serious but it was enough to learn the basis.
Unfortunately i've stopped for about 8 months due to a stomach related problem (i contracted a nasty virus and took forever to fix it).
It killed my weight and my appetite for long time.
Lately i've been training again and gain back some weight, but i'm far away from my goal. I finally made up my mind and decided to go down the path. / "Nattyway"

I like to have a proper knowledge of what i'm undergoing\taking and the right prevention\dosage\post therapy.

So here we go, these are my stats.
Age: 23
Height: 6'2
Weight: 166 lbs (i was around 178-180 before the illness)
bf: 9%
I got many ectomorph traits (fast metabolism) though my legs are pretty strong and shaped compared to the rest.

My purpose was gaining some lean mass and strenght (just to endure more and train harder) whilst avoiding some side-effects or performance losses such as: Water ret, gyno, weight loss due to water, hairs loss.
I really do care about my hairs (I experienced some hair loss due to stress and bad nutrition) as well as my organs.

I didn't know about the existence of SARMS, that's why i decided to go with Anavar.
And i know many of you dislike it cause it could be somewhat toxic to liver and not worth the candle, especially if taken alone. I don't fear neddles, i just want to avoid bloathing, retention and estrogenic stuff.
But it partially suits my needs. Strenght gain, lean mass gain, little to non water retention, no estrogenic activity.
I mean, all i need is the right pump and motivation. I already train 2 hours 5 days a week plus some Boxe preparation (i'll take kickboxing lessons once i get in shape) and i'm very dedicated to macros intake and meals planning.

It was 2 days ago whilst establishing the cycle with a friend that i came across to this site and SARMs.
Going straight to the point i wanted to include a SARM for some strenght and mass gains along with Anavar.

The supposed Anavar cycle was something like that:
8 weeks
-30-40mg\day of Anavar (BD, Balkann, Alpha Pharm). Pharma grade (legit) SPA\BGT oxandrolone would be the best (the 2.5gr one) but it's hella hard to find.
-Silymarin liv. 52 to prevent some liver's diseases

-PTC
Clomid (21 days therapy)
200 first day
100 next 10 days
50 last 10 days

People thoughts on Anavar are very contraddictory and not really clear anyway, that's why i'm prone to change my mind (even try injectables) if you provide a reasonable argumentation.

SARMs cycles are still a mistery for me instead. PTC it's kinda different and from what i read you could run a WG dose with your PCT so you won't feel any real strenght decrease and mild depression or whatever it is. Am i right?
S-4 could be responsible for gyno and a proper treatment should be taken.
-Is s-4 necessary for lean mass gain and strenght?
-Can it be replaced?
-Does the anti-gyno treatment affect your health even when not necessary?
-what's the safest way to proceed when money is not an issue?
I don't aim to get overwhelmingly big, i'd like to keep it aesthetic, that's why i'd rather stay away from dbol-testo and so on.
It would be awesome also if you can explain the purpose of the various compounds you suggest, it really helps me get a clear vision of what i'm going to assume.

anavar is not something to run alone... its pointless... its just a weak steroid in general... its much more popular with females... dont expect much from it... you can run it with sarms, which is far better than running it alone but i wouldnt even use it...

bro, your clomid dose is ABSURD... wherever you read that, DONT read anything else from there... thats WAY too much... its clear you dont know what your doing and that can be dangerous... i would really recommend dropping the anavar altogether... you will get much more from sarms alone and wont have any of the side effects nor have a long pct or recovery... just drop it bro... you can get all your sarms at www.sarmsx.com

As the man, Dylan himself stated, keep researching. Anavar is not a mass builder and should just be tossed from your cycle.
Agreed about the clomid! Way too much. You're asking for some major issues.
The sarms cycle Dylan laid out would be great. You can even add Lgd to get a bit more size and strength. Run a solo sarms cycle and see what you get. Then your first aas cycle should be test only. Stick around. Read and learn. And we'll help you along the way

thanks for the advice, i digged into it and now things seem to be easier. I also realized the starting clomid dosage was quite retarded and overkill.
And for what concerns Anavar i'll probably drop it, roids have never been my primary choice and i'd like to give arms a shot before taking the aas step. (maybe i'll find out they alone are more than sufficient)

There are still few things that i'm dubious about.

1)
I read you should take clomid every other day, does it mean i should take a total of 350mg the first week splitted in 100mg every 2 day? (i'm referring to your prescribed pct cycle)
There are plenty of forums, articles (but friends too) that have different thoughts on what you should do and don't with your ptc. I just want to be sure of what i'm doing to my body and be safe before venturing into anything.

2)
i'm not prone to gyno but should i grab some Arom. just in case?
i'll get my blood work done regularly, so i can keep monitoring my health status.

3)
as @Saiyan said, LGD seems a great boost as well as RAD-140... for bulking purpose i mean, could i add them to the cycle? do they make a noticeable difference or am i just wasting my money?

I'll probably get sarms by the end of the day, i want just to make sure everything runs smoothly.
