that literally makes no sense with gw whatsoever... just dont run it if your going to do that... rad is best utilized at 20-30 mg day... you can still see results at 10 but nothing like you would at the proper dose...
if your diet is clean then yes, gw will definitely help prevent unwanted fat gain but thats up to your diet and training
I'm gonna do the Carnadine at 20mg a day like you suggested. I'm excited and curious to see what type of lean mass and physique improvements come from this cycle
