So people, would MK-2866 be a fitting choice for Flanex's mom and my grandma? They are both also diabetic, so they take other meds too.

Will MK-2866 interfere with other medications in any way?
And what dose should they take then?
12.5mg per day would be enough. Or would they need to go up to 25?
