Hi Dylan,

Firstly I just want to say thank you so much for your incredibly educational and informative videos. I've learned so much from you in a short time.

Secondly, I'd like to ask for your opinion on what SARMS are the most beneficial for a fighter to use? Such as a boxer or an MMA fighter? What would benefit their endurance, speed and power the most?

hey bro... thank you for the support on my videos.. i really appreciate it.. for endurance, GW and SR9009 are definitely your best options... for strength, speed and aggression I would definitely go with S4, RAD140 and LGD-4033...

the very best quality you can find is at www.sarmsx.com

here is the layout of the cycle...

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Dylan gave you a great layout for a fighter. you definitely want GW and SR9009 for sure for the endurance benefits, as well as S4 and RAD for strength.

One other sarm I would throw in is MK-677 for its recovery and healing benefits which you can really benefit from

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Ostarine and GW would be my choice for fighting... And SR9009 as well but I have yet to use it myself. Endurance and recovery should be your prime concerns with fighting.

GW and S4 helped me the absolute best with grappling and stand up endurance.

When did the GW kick in for you? I swear nothing endurance wise has changed for me. Im going to up it to 30 though for a bit and see.
I did some grappling last night actually haha also been increasing running intensity. Been on for a couple weeks but nothing has changed just yet.

the layout i gave you has you covered on all fronts... it is more than ideal for the goals that you have..

I noticed it about a week in. The real change for me comes when I am working on pads or doing live grappling rounds, I can go a good 2 or 3; 8 min bjj rounds more and about 5; 3 min pad rounds. With the exception being during a Tren cycle, then I feel it hit around the same time just a little less prominent.

TX, I had no idea you were grappling. When did this happen?

Markdevito already chimed in, but he's always got great advice for fighters and martial artists.

Thanks brother. I appreciate that. I'd also love to grapple with TX now that I am within 50 pounds of him.

i agree, he most certainly does know his fighting... if anyone has questions geared to mma and fighting in general, mark is definitely at the top of the list of who i would recommend for advice on this...

Haha just for fun nothing too serious. I used to when ai was younger and now that I'm leaving for military I'm gonna get back into it and pursue it more.
That's awesome man! So happy to hear when anyone gets into any legit martial arts training. hope you benefit from it as much as I and others have.

Thanks boss. It's something I enjoy and with where I'm going it's a viable path for me to follow actually so we will see. I've spent a lot less time in the gym just repping weights.

Unfortunately I'm still 265 lol. I was shocked when weighed in the other day. I was expecting 250 240 even. Although I'm pretty shredded that still doesn't help my cause in that game. Luckily I know how to maneuver my weight lol.

I can hold my own pretty well but if someone is able to get a good enough choke hold I'm screwed lol.

Watch guys like Pedro Rizzo and Noguiera. They'll make you feel better about your size, in relation to the sport (health and looks not so much). Frank Mir too. Huge boys who are elite grapplers.
