I have a few questions about SARMS Cycle Timing for an endurance event/race. I am 46yrs old male, 165lbs, 12%BF. Diet is clean and specific to endurance sports (long distance running, cycling and triathlon). My event will be in March 2017. My question is, for optimal performance, how should I time my SARMS Cycle? I am planning a 16 week cycle with the following:
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid
Mini pct 13-16
clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day
Do I plan my cycle 16 weeks from the event for maximal performance during the event? Would there be performance degradation during the mini pct? Would it be better to time the cycle 12 weeks before the event and mini pct after the event? Thanks in advanced for any insight and recommendations.
